Tailored nutrition plan
You’ll learn how to track calories and macronutrients effectively, ensuring your body gets the right nutrients tailored to your goal. As an expert in creating the optimal macronutrient balance – whether for fat loss, muscle building, or maintenance – I’ll provide clear guidelines to make the process simple, manageable, and sustainable, so you can maintain progress with ease.

Expert guidance
You’ll have support every step of the way. Weekly check-ins are dedicated to assessing your energy, hunger, sleep, digestion, adherence to the plan, and progress toward your goals. We’ll make any needed adjustments to your plan to keep you on track. You’re encouraged to reach out via text or phone – seven days a week – whether you have questions, need support, or want to celebrate an accomplishment. Video calls are included as often as needed to ensure you are performing the exercises with proper form to minimize risk of injury.

Accountability
One of the major benefits of having a private coach is the built-in accountability. I review your workout data and food entries multiple times each week to ensure you’re staying on track. With regular check-ins, progress assessments, and ongoing feedback, I will keep you motivated, focused, and engaged. Together, we’ll address any challenges and make adjustments to keep you consistently moving toward your desired results.
